Comrade Accounting Software, Dubai ST.GREGORIOS COLLEGE ALUMNI, THIRUVANTHAPURAM CHAPTER- FAMILY GET TOGETHER AND GURUVANDANAM St.Gregorios College Alumni Association, Thiruvananthapuram Chapter conducted its Family Get together and Guruvandanam on 26th January 2013 at YMCA hall, Thiruvanathapuram. The event commenced at 4:30 pm with a prayer by Ms. Akshara. Alex P. Kaleezhikam an Executive member of the Alumni association delivered the welcome speech and the presidential address by Mr.Mathew P.Babu, The Chapter President. The annual report was presented by Mr.Benny Kutty M., Secretary of the Trivandrum Chapter. The meeting was inaugurated by Dr. George Onakkur who is a famous writer,thinker and social worker. His inaugural address contained some of the merits and demerits of modern technology and the ceasing of family relationships. The Guruvandanam was formally inaugurated by Dr.K.M. Francis who is presently serving as the principal of Mar Ivanious college, Trivandrum. The Guruvandanam was honoured the former teachers of Kottarakara, Sri. N.Rajendran (Janatha College) was honoured with Ponnada and Momento by Sri. A.J. Thomas Kutty IPS District Police Chief and Member of Alumni Association,Trivandrum Chapter. Sri. Desmond Fernandez (Institute of Science) was honoured with Ponnada and Momento by Sri.Somanathan Pillai, Rtd. Superindentent of Police and member of Trivandrum chapter. Sri. Unni Krishnan (Divine Public School) was honoured with Ponnada and Momento by Sri. Viswanthatan Nair, District Judge (Rtd) and member of the Alumni Association, Trivandrum Chapter. Felicitation were given by Dr P.K. Jose Kutty, Principal, St. Gregorios College, Kottarakara, Prof. John Kurakar, Vice president, Alumni Association, Kottarakara. Mr. Johnson P. Kaleelazhikam, Joint Secretary, Library Council, Kottarakara Taluk and former president of Oommannur Panchayath and Prof.Jacob Varghese Vadakadom, Secretary, Alumni Association, Kottarakara. The meeting admired Ms. Megha Rao for making her debut in the world of English literature through her book "Alice in Netherworld". She gave a short description of the factors that inspired her to write the book and thanked all for their continued support. Ms. Megha Rao was honoured with Momento by Dr. Thankamma George, Forensic Surgeon and an Executive member of Trivandrum Alumni Association. Mr. Narayan Pandala (Information officer,Kerala Administrative Tribunal)and an Executive member of the Chapter. Mr. Sam Kurakar, Director, Comrade Info Systems) and the Chief Co-ordinator of the Chapter were spoke on the occasion. Vote of thanks was given by Preetha B.O, an Executive member of the Alumni association, Trivandrum Chapter. After the meeting, a lot of cultural programmes were conducted by the Alumnas. Dance by Akshara, Republic message by Vijitha, song by Christina,Ashiana,Namitha Jose Mathew, Shinto, poem by Neha,Mr.Santhosh Kumar N. duet by Alan and Josh and an attractive skit by Mr. Ravi Pillai and Team.

Comrade Accounting Software, Dubai Comrade Team meeting conducted at the office the Qamar Dubai Computers, Al Mamzar Centre, Dubai. Mr. Sam Kurakar, vishal Shahadpurkar, Johnson George,Basheer Ahmed,Vigin Kurakar,Manoj KB,Abhilash Krishnan, Abraham Daniel and Moncy Abraham were attended. Several decisions were taken by the team for the improvement of the client services and new business generation.
